Mr Hero's is not the same food and taste as it was 15 years ago. I recently ordered a Roman burger from here and it tasted awful like no seasoning on the meat or the sandwich itself. I am heartbroken cause I have not had a Roman burger in over a decade and I was disappointed. Lost a customer and their advertising is false cause it is no longer a taste to crave.

The food was good, and I would return again
Quality of ingredients like tomatoes is substandard, under ripe tomato centers that are hard. Ownership has no clue as to how to operate a Quality Mr. Heroes
I was picking up an order for doordash 5/10/25 and the lady at the register was so rude. She asked the name for my order and I said Daniel. I waited a bit and she brought out the food and asked to see my screen to confirm. I was like ok. Then she starts yelling at me that it wasnt the order and snatched the bag away.
