Specifically went to a Mr hero because I had had positive experiences in the past but it seems as though the quality of the chain has gone downhill. I'm used to the food not looking like the advertisements but this was particularly sad. One of the sandwiches barely had any cheese or sauce on it at all. There are other sandwich places that aren't skimping quite as hard so I will probably be trying there in the future.
Mr Hero's is not the same food and taste as it was 15 years ago. I recently ordered a Roman burger from here and it tasted awful like no seasoning on the meat or the sandwich itself. I am heartbroken cause I have not had a Roman burger in over a decade and I was disappointed. Lost a customer and their advertising is false cause it is no longer a taste to crave.
I just had the best Romanburger I have heard had, purchased at Fairview Park OH store
