I and a friend went into a restaurant and the service was terrible. The manager seems like she had a bad day. first it was only 10:00pm and the store closes at 11pm. the bathrooms were closed and the dinning room was closed. Why would you close everything down when the store does not close until 11pm. Totally nasty attitude. the food was good, but the service and the way the manager treated me and my friend was totally uncalled for. Do not go to this restaurant. Go to another Mr. Hero's where your service will be superior.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Mr Hero`s it's the best by far of many others great place to sit down and eat food is great customer service is amazing thank you Mr Herc`s for holding a standard so high when I'm impressed I let folks know&you got it all!!

I had the worse Roma Burger ever at this Mr Hero at 4601 North field Rd. To make matters worse I called to complain. The female mgr who also happened to be the cashier told me to come in yo get another one which she would make herself. When I arrived she asked where the 1st Romanburger was, claiming she told me to bring it back. Which she hadn't. It was as flat as a pancake with nothing on it. She had me come back and did not keep her word. Do not waste your time or money going there. Bad Food and Bad Service.
This place has the best sandwitches in town. I've went there for years and they treat you good meal after meal!
