Ordered thru Door Dash - pick up - correct address - got there - no order - guy behind the counter was rude all he kept saying was "we don't have your order" - wouldn't even look at my phone that's how far away he was...left - send a message to Door Dash.. Sayed says " oh, they were about to close" It's 4PM on Monday??? - they close at 9PM....Another app to delete!!!
Gave me a hotbuttered cheesesteak on black burnt hard bread, I wish I could give them a negative 5. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in Willoughby this one sucks.
I will always drive out of my way, to come to this location. The food is always delicious and fresh!
