Took a very long time, almost two months longer than originally told, I had to contact them for updates. Forgot to give me all parts for my dash, when they finally completed the work, so had to drive back an hour to pick up the remaining parts, a couple hours out of my day plus down time working on my car. Were indifferent to this. Also paid to have my clock repaired. It still cant be adjusted. Didn't notice until the clock was back in the dash. We just sent our customers 1955 Thunderbird radio here for a 6V to 12V conversion and I couldn't be happier with the communication & customer service along with the quality of the work that we received. I will definitely be sending future work here! As a smaller home town shop we pride ourselves in quality work and they went above and beyond!!
After talking to the people who own the shop I felt relived that they knew what they do is very good work!!!
needed part asap for customer, paid for 'overnight' expedited shipping. was told I would get tracking number. never received tracking number. 3 days later on a saturday I called and he couldn't get me tracking number until monday and had not a care in the world that I was still awaiting this pkg. I paid extra to overnight it 3 days ago, I still dont have the tracking number i was promised on the day of purchase. horrible customer service, spend your money elsewhere-
I had my radio , heater/ac controller & heater core/ac evap core all rebuilt here , first I'd like to say how great they are at communicating with the customer and working with what they have , they are obviously proud of what they do it shows in the quality of their work and their professional attitude about the work and now back to quality , I am self employed for the last 16 years in the automotive industry and to find people with professional skills that still take pride in the quality of work they put out is refreshing ... read more
