The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. It was a quick fix and the price was fair. I got the impression that they wouldn’t try and upsell a customer on repairs they don’t need. Would definitely use them again for any future ac needs.

Technician arrived on time, and was very courteous and friendly, and respectful of property as well. Completed the work promptly and efficiently, and to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely be using Mr. Heat and Air again.
These guys showed up the next day after being called, went in found the problem on the AC unit and got it blowing cold in short order. This is after another company had told us we needed a new unit and if we turned this one back on, it would blow up. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys!
