After our old gas furnace (25+yr) quit working, a friend referred us to Eric, owner of Mr. Heat and Air. Eric collaborated with Joseph Salmon, owner of Salmon and Sons HVAC, and evaluated my situation and determined a new unit was needed. 2days later, Eric, Mr. Joey, and Randy Joe came to do the job. We live in an older house with a low crawl space, but them guys scooted and snaked around in that dust, dirt, and old insulation getting the job done. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. It was a quick fix and the price was fair. I got the impression that they wouldn’t try and upsell a customer on repairs they don’t need. Would definitely use them again for any future ac needs.
