They have been prompt whenever we need service. I highly recommend!
This "company" is horrible! They charged me for the repair and service call in addition. I received a handwritten bill in the mail. I called to make pay by credit card (the amount due was nearly $500). They don't accept credit cards so I asked if I could make monthly payments. The wife was incredibly rude and told me that they would charge me late fees every month and send me to collections if I did not pay in full now.
