Erik did an awesome job! He delivered everything he said he would. I’m getting perfect reception of all the local channels that I wanted.
Eric called me and helped me trouble shoot my antenna/tech issue. He said that he was pretty busy and may not be able to get to me for awhile, but his knowledge and advice helped me fix my issue myself. I will definitely contact him if I need his help in the future!
Erik was professional personable and punctual. Very happy with his workmanship.
We’ve had weird problems with our over the air tv signal since we moved in. We have tried different antennas, different placements, amplifiers, etc. Erik showed us that we’re getting some interference, likely from cell signals. He installed a filter pre-antenna that should mitigate the cell interference. We still have an issue with some VERY intermittent interference that he could not track down because it was so random.
