These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. they did quality work, and did it right. After about 2 years, I wasn't getting channel 4 or channel 11. Eric called me back, and suggested maybe it was my tablo, and not the TV. He suggested I check accessing the channels through regular TV. I did that, and they were fine. I unplug my tablo, rescanned the channels, and now it works perfectly. These guys are awesome. They're not out to just collect money. Eric did a great job. Got my antenna set up quickly and guided me through how to access the channels and gave some advice about using Tablo. I was very satisfied!
