The exterior of my 30-year old house in the Cottage Grove subdivision of Alden Bridge Village in The Woodlands was looking rather sad. Mr Happy House changed that by replacing much of my old inferior siding, soffit, and facia with James Hardie products. Mike Monyak and his hardworking and experienced crews also painted those areas with Sherwin Williams high quality Duration paint and installed seemless rain gutters and LeaFree gutter guards. We recently moved to a new house and our new fence needed to be stained. Rather than take on the task my husband and I decided to let the pros handle it and give the job to a local small business. Mike was very professional and explained the process when he came out for a quote. From the moment we got a quote to when the fence was completed it was quick, easy and affordable.
