The owner is super Rude. I have been using his porta potty for several months he is always rude and not willing to clean it. Today I was at the job site I asked him to wash it and sanitize it and he refused to do so. I asked him why he doesn't wash it he said you guys made it dirty. My guys are supper clean but it was raining and there was some mud on the ground. Washing and sanitizing is part of the service. He is rude , disrespectful, and providing service. THE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE VALLEY!!!! I have been using Mr. Hankey's Porta Potties for three years now. Not only do I use his porta potties for my business, Wes also empties my 5th wheel trailer that we live in. His service is RATED #1 with me. His potties are clean, stocked and kept stink free for my guests. His customer service is AMAZING!! When I need my 5th wheel emptied, all I have to do is call and he fits me in. Mr. Hankey’s is the only place I will rent a porta potty, they take brilliant care of me and my toilet needs. I’ve been renting a porta potty from Wes for years, he is the absolute best. I have a yearly fundraiser and I will call Wes with dates, and he’s all over it. Thank you, Mr. Hankey, for taking care of business, you are appreciated.
