Update: Mr. Handyman reached out and acknowledged that there had been a miscommunication regarding the original work. They apologized, and a couple of weeks later, they returned and fixed the faucets. They did not charge me for the labor, which I believe was fair since the initial work was not done correctly and lasted less than two weeks.
