I had intentions to get multiple repairs and projects completed with this company. While the first job was being completed, I wanted to get the next quoted. The technician could not quote the job as he didn’t have the proper tools to do so. Afterwards, I was called again for a technician to come back and provide a free estimate. The tech that came to do the quote, went ahead and completed the job. I never agreed to this, so was shocked to receive an invoice versus the agreed upon free estimate.
