I had to replace my mailbox after someone accidentally ran up onto my lawn. This happened on Thursday afternoon and Mr Handyman had a tech at my house by 8a on Friday. Tom was punctual, friendly and skilled. I decided to replace the post too since I had noticed it was a bit loose and aged. Terrible service and never offered an option to replace the mailboxes post with the same material they removed which was a steel post. They did the work with no communication or options to replace with a new steel post. Only doing the work taking it upon their own to replace the steel post with a wooden post. Requested ahead to make sure the Handyman called me and the only option was discussing things with a call center. No communication with actual Handyman, only talk to a call center. Told to replace the metal post mailboxes and they take it upon them self to change to wood with no communication. Even with multiple request to talk with Handyman on site.

I had a Pella sliding door that was binding and jumping off track. The tech, Curtis, showed up on time and went right to work. He found a bad frozen caster. He went to his truck and somehow he found a pair that would work. He installed both on my request and my door is Better than New. I try to ONLY work with Local shops that employ their own people and that's Mr. Handyman. Thank You

Scott from Mr. Handyman was fantastic at repairing some damaged wood slats in my basement floor. I had contacted a few other handyman services, and no one had the expertise to repair flooring, but Scott had no issue. Plus the communication was great. Was consistently informed when he would arrive.
