Our repair man showed up early and was very pleasant. We needed two grab bars in our bathroom for the shower. We are older and need something to give us support. Looks good but the horizontal bar is not attached to the studs, which is what we need. I am afraid the drywall and tile will come down if too much weight is put on it. We have other grab bars and they are connected to the studs in another shower. I do not know what the fix is for this.
They had to reschedule initial estimate appointment (understandably so) with my husband regarding our fence. No-showed at rescheduled appointment. Disappointed, because we saw so many great reviews.

Michael Darrus with Mr. Handyman did a fantastic job. He provided expertise and an estimate on a large project and noticed other small things that could be improved in the home. He came back to make a couple of electrical repairs and was on time and communicative. The work was done seamlessly and the customer experience was great!
