If Google would allow zero stars, that's what they would get. We were promised 2 techs to arrive the first day of work, and only one arrived, no reason given. While his work was acceptable at first, it was obvious that he was being pressured to hurry so the quality went down. The second day he was called away to handle an "emergency" and has never returned.
