I had a drop down ladder from Fakro installed in my attic. Charles Brown was my handyman, and he did a very professional job, and did so with a smile. He gave me an accurate time frame for completion of the project and the price was very reasonable. He gave me the option to save a little money and buy a few pieces of wood we needed for the installation myself, which was nice. Work performed by John appears to be as expected and properly done. The second day of work, both John and another technician arrived to replace additional exterior trim. It appears the other tech didn’t help much, as he was seen only once on a ladder assisting John. This is problematic because the second tech’s labor cost was almost $500. Maybe I’m getting charged to find an additional ladder that was not brought initially? I don’t mind paying for what I’m supposed to, but I don’t like being taken advantage of either.
