These guys charge for on-site estimates even if you've already established a relationship with them. It is industry standard around here to provide free estimates, regardless if it's a 5 or 30 minute drive. Easy way to lose all potential future jobs over an $80 estimate. The woman on the phone offered no flexibility.
I have used Mr. Handyman for many jobs, They are always professional and do great work. I highly recommend them.
