We recently had some work done at our townhouse by Samuel. He gave us a price and made the comment the work would take 2 hours. I said okay since it seem the pricing was fair for the time stated. When Samuel was done I looked at the clock and he had completed the work in 1 hour. When he asked for the credit card I asked since the work was completed in less time would the final price be less and the answer that I was given “we don’t do our pricing by the hour.” The work done by Samuel was quality work.
Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. Leah in the office, and technician Samuel were courteous, professional, and thorough. Samuel made sure that each aspect of the project was completed as I had requested. Charges were discussed before work began, and reviewed after everything was completed. Samuel was very respectful at all times while addressing my husband’s accessibility needs.
This company is our one stop source for quality craftsmen to do work at our home. They are super easy to deal with, quick to schedule work and fair with pricing. They are courteous and knowledgeable. The BEST!
