After looking for a long time to get someone to do our project (most of the other companies would not return calls, would provide really high estimates hoping that we would not go with them or some would just say "I'm too busy."), we finally had someone show up and give us an estimate. This service was extremely disappointing! They did not complete the work in the time they said they would. They did minimal work in the time we were billed. They completed 1 out of the 7 tasks they agreed to do. They can't seem to multi-task so if you have more than one job forget it. We were not living in the house at the time and that lack of supervision showed. Avoid!

Do not use this company Looked for contractor to install gutter guards. After initial call , estimate and scheduled appt the tech arrived with no advance info on the job. He did not have a ladder tall enough to do the job. Said he needed to go get it. Never returned and no call. I call 4 hrs later and Laura says the tech is new & no ladder available. Have to reschedule. Then cancelled due to rain. Rescheduled but several weeks out. But again no ladder. This time find out they do not own a tall ladder and have to rent. Resche... read more

Unfortunately, the company that "held" the ladder failed to secure the ladder for us. I apologize for the inconvenience but glad to know you got your gutter guards installed.
Owner contacted me to resolve issues which I really appreciated. Tech was great, just some billing items needed worked out.

They came and replaced my vaulted ceiling fans. They did a very good job. I am very satisfied.

I called Mr. Handyman, (West-Columbus), asking for an estimate in repairing a loose gutter on my second story home and to repair some trim that had been blown off from around the chimney. Laura at the office was very pleasant, answered all my questions, and provided me with the options they had available. The Tech, (Marty), showed up on time on the scheduled date. The tech showed up at my door and basically said because his ladder was heavy he couldn't fit it in to clean the back gutters. I have used my ladder fine, but am unable to clean them anymore. They basically wasted my time and, in my opinion were VERY unprofessional. Will NEVER call them for any work again.
