I booked handmade to repair a door. The first appt, the tech tried to reschedule but was an hour late. The second appt, the technician was changed out prior to arrival and was late. At ths point I still havent had a repair the day of the repair and the tech is late so I call. I get told they will call back. The regional manager calls and cancels all business with me because of the issues her people. I dont understand but I would never use these people again. Had a new garage fire door installed. Been dealing with the problem 8 years i bought a new fire door from the garage to the house and Josh came out and installed it and he did an excellent job.
