Paul L from this company did a fast, excellent job fixing the lock on my front door.
I have an outstanding complaint with this company regarding simple appliance service: changing washing machine hoses. They are overpriced and their quote-before-doing-the-work policy is ambiguous. The owner told me "no charge for quotes onsite" but the technician, Paul, told me he flat out that he was not aware of that policy. The fee for the first hour is $195. Each additional hour is $100. I had Mr Handyman replace a latch on my fence and mend a fence piece. He was prompt and efficient. Price was reasonable . I highly recommend.
