The worst customer service and not willing to fix previous misdiagnosis/mistakes. They came out to my house two years ago to fix a roof leak, instead of replacing a broken boot, they just added more sealant (aka the cheapest band-aid possible). I paid $400 for that alone, sealant is $30. I called them to come back and fix the issue, for real this time. They then noted that the issue was the boot failure so it's not their fault. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend Handyman of Greensboro based on my experience. I was told there is a $200 minimum service charge just for coming out (did not disclose that by the way). Was told via text that the repair could cost anywhere between 150 to 350 of them just to put three nails in a door should’ve been on the lower end. Did a fantastic job replacing the siding on my house. Another company quoted me 2x what Mr Handyman charged. From initial quote to completion, only took 2 days. Highly recommend.

Garrett was very professional and knowledgeable about the tasks completed. He was able to arrive earlier than scheduled and worked efficiently, exceeding expectations!! Highly recommend for handyman needs! A little pricey but great outcome.
