Quick response time , scheduling that fits your schedule. The repairman Conner was professional, thorough, experienced in the skilled trades. Conner was informative with the issues I had, he talked me through different options of repair and walked me through the repairs made and any other needed repairs and the pricing of repairs.
Guy was friendly and gave me advise on some things which I did appreciate but made me push him to do the job. I told him the work he did was fine so I could move on and finish the portions that were either unfinished or done incorrectly. Called them to come out to patch some holes and fix some sticking doors. One of the holes had some rusted corner bead that he tried to just mud over. I had to tell him it wouldn't work to get him to pull out the old corner bead and replace it before he repatched it. The patch looks fine now ... read more
Responsive, went above and beyond to get me scheduled even when we called just a few minutes before close. The technician Ryan was prompt, courteous, and did great work. Can't even tell there was any work done, looks perfect.
Matt did a great job reassembling my bed and bed frame. While finding some of the parts was a little challenging, he was focus, safe and the place looked great when he left.
