Mr. Handyman of Western Wake County did a lot of work on the exterior of our home. From start to finish, we experienced prompt, excellent customer service and very professional on-site personnel. Matt was very personable and did great work.

We have always used the Mr Handyman services for our home repairs. Last year we had some drywall work done on a seam that was cause by Hurricane Ike. We noticed around the last week of March 2014 that the crack was back. My husband called before the year was up,(on the invoice in bold print, states a 1 year warranty on work done) and was told by employee that he will have to call new owner to see what he wants to do. I was so impressed with how easy it was to schedule my bathroom dry-walling job! It was even BETTER that he was on time, had everything he needed to get the job done all in one visit, and the price was perfect! I work in a school, so my summers are busy crossing things off my 'bucket list', and this was a big one! Oh, yeah, and the workmanship was amazing!! Love it, love it!
For future Handyman-seekers, this particular franchise seems to be out of business. The number provided is disconnected and the BBB website has an alert that suggests the business is closed indefinitely. I was excited to check them out, then ran into that issue.
We are amazed that any project we have, Jeff is always able to fix, and there is no issue that he cannot solve with ease and absolute skill. He is very neat --you would never know he had been at the house, as he cleans up any area or item he has been working in or on!
Chad is extremely responsive and very easy to work with. They are always the first company I reach out to in the area for all my facilities needs
