Richard, the technician, was timely, polite, and very detail-oriented. He made sure the shower rod was installed exactly where I wanted it and was meticulous during the process to ensure drilling into the tile did not cause any cracks. He did a perfect job! I would absolutely use Mr. Handyman again and would specifically ask for Richard.
