Horrible Customer Service from the Owner I would not recommend the Mr Handyman in Glen Carbon, IL. I requested a quote, and it was scheduled for a Monday at 5, and the owner called to cancel 15 minutes before the appt time, and refused to give a reason. She assured me this was not common practice, so I rescheduled. Next appt was for a Tuesday at 5. The owner again called, this time at 4:30, to cancel.
