BEWARE. I called to ask them to build my kid's playground. They were available the same day. However, it's not made entirely clear that they charge per technician. I have had plenty of service people come out (gutters, sprinklers, electricians, etc.), and they've never charged me per person. It's the rate for the job. But I got quoted $198 initially and $128 per hour after that. What I didn't realize was that they meant that PER PERSON who comes out. Had a few doors that needed to be repaired, and the technician knew exactly what to do and got them all to work perfectly. He wore shoe covers inside the house, cleaned up, and was very polite and professional. Will definitely use Mr. Handyman again!

Outstanding quality service and work by experienced specialists! Strong winds blew off vinyl ceiling soffit on back porch leaving a gaping hole and insulation blowing out of the attic. I remembered seeing Mr. Handyman ads in the Times/Union as Jacksonville's finest and gave them a call. Lisa answered and was superb in asking pertinent questions, explaining everything, and scheduling next day quote. I had several jobs around the house that needed to be done, such as guttering painting and a few other jobs. And to be honest the jobs were fairly large. I called and talked to one of their reps who told me they could get the job done but they would not be able to do it in one day. We hired Mr. Handyman of South Oklahoma City and Norman for painting and repairing some holes in the drywall at the office. Our call was quickly answered and we were able to book an appointment. (Amber was very nice) I must say we are very impressed with Bruce. Now we have it ready for the office desk to be delivered in preparation of our grand opening. Thanks guys! I recently moved to Savannah from NY and had projects that needed professional help in completing. Stay away from this business. They are the most dishonest bunch of scam artist out there. They bill for hours not on site, verbally inflate their abilities, do crappy work. They also went to get supplies with my credit card hundreds of dollars spent and no supplies left except for some old metal siding. They state the boxes of nails are for their replacement supply on trucks!!!

I hired from this location for originally for a few things, but ultimately for all day. The technican was Brian who was very friendly and personable. It wasn't until later that evening we found the first of several issues with his work. 1) We had him replace two ceiling fans. Although different makers, the remotes for each fan also operated the other. The technician come back to change the settings of one. Had them come out to do a couple of fixes on my house to get it ready for selling. They did a great job and completed the work in a little over an hour. Professional and reasonably priced.
