Based on other reviews I would have liked to get an estimate from Mr Handyman. Booked an appointment 2 weeks ahead; they were no-call no-show after I took time off of work. They claim to have called to try to come earlier—no voicemail, text, missed call or email. If you book something two weeks out, should you really expect me to change my plans day-of?
I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Handyman of Independence-Macedonia. Jesse came out to do some floor repairs and fix a door for me, and he did an excellent job. He was on time, courteous, and very efficient. I really appreciated how he worked with my timeframe and expectations, and he even tidied up thoroughly after the job was done. The repairs look great, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Jesse and Mr. Handyman to anyone in need of quality, reliable service!
On time, calls always answered -nice people to work with. Everything explained in detail. Fair pricing. Tony was our technician-very skilled in a variety of repairs we needed done. Nice guy!!
