Well, I have to give this company a 5 star. It started off pretty rocky trying to install an attic ladder, but the owner made sure I got what I paid for. They sent out a 2nd tech Tim Simmons who made sure the job was done correctly. And completely redid the job. I appreciate them for reaching out to me after I let them know I wasnt satisfied with their first attempt. Not only was the job done correctly but my neighbor saw them at our house and they where able to get his business. So it was a Win , Win for both of us. Thank y... read more
