The work was done well and promptly, but it was very expensive. I was charged over $1,400 to put in 3 shower grab bars, replace a shower head, and replace the float valve in a toilet. He arrived at 11 and left at 2 (3 hours including time to get parts). I was in a bind and had to get it done, but I thought it expensive when I approved the estimate. My front door was kicked in and the frame severely damaged . Josh came and got the job done and the door is good as new ! He was quick and kind And kept me updated on what he was doing the whole time . Will be using again !

Ivan Baires is wonderful. My basement stair well was not in good repair and it was out of code. The cement blocks were starting to lean in and had developed cracks. Ivan took my ideas for re-enforcing it structural and not only made it safer but also beautiful. He sealed the cracks. Cleaned the drain. Finally he lined the walls with 2x6x12's above ground while cutting the 2x6x12's to match the length of wall down to the drain.
