They were great to me. I had a water leak that got repaired poorly from someone else and was smelling a musty scent. I let them know my concern and just wanted all new drywall on that wall because the last patch was terrible and I wanted to ensure there was no mold. They understood completely and gave me a few different options to check and what to replace I still opted for a total gut. I contacted Mr. Handyman to renovate two rooms. The technicians who came out were friendly and professional — they took photos, measurements, and told me I’d receive an estimate within a week or two. That estimate never arrived. I called again, and this time their AI system scheduled another appointment and even sent me a confirmation email. Unfortunately, no one showed up for that appointment either. Overall, the people themselves were pleasant, but the follow‑through and reliability were extremely disappointing.
Installed air conditioner. Great job! On time and good attitude.
