After waiting for a week and a half on another company to install our TVs, we wound up calling Mr. Handyman. Not only did they visit the same day that we called but they sent two excellent technicians, Mark and Troy who had both of our TVs installed within three hours. These guys went above and beyond. They were very professional and kind and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future. Mr. Handyman truly puts customers first!
I hired this company over an issue with a jammed antique door on a house I just bought. The technician, Troy, came promptly. Service was courteous and efficient and the problem was resolved to full satisfaction.
I was in a tight position, didn't have time for estimates wish I had. I believe they are extremely overpriced. Had them pull a couple things from the todo list, way too expensive. The guys were very nice, got the job done efficiently. However you dont leave at end of day leaving empty soda cans on the carpet, open bag of chips and dip on the window sill, very unprofessional. Mark and his team did great and got our door replaced within just a few hours in the heat of summer! Definitely recommend for all things house projects!
