Absolutely terrible customer service. Had an appointment scheduled for a Monday and they never showed. They didn't follow the directions of the home owner (I am a Tennant), and did not tell us they rescheduled without any coordination. So the next day, they were supposed to show between 1 and 2 pm. They did not arrive... ever. No call, I called 3 times to ask the status and was told the handyman is on his way. But never showed and they won't answer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Mr. Handyman.
Mr Handyman was a great choice to put up the awnings over my deck. Luke came prepared and on time! Very reasonably priced and available when I needed them. As I get older I am certain that I will be asking Mr Handyman for assistance. Thank you Mr Handyman! My second experience with Handyman was just as enjoyable. Michael made quick work of taking down my awnings. Thank you Mr Handyman. 2026 Update… once again Handyman to the rescue. Micheal was a great help putting my awnings up for the season.
