Forrest at Mr Handyman was great - needed no supervision, pointed out extra areas of work and took care of things efficiently and well. Great communicator and very helpful to have his expertise. I highly recommend!
Paid a deposit for work they did not complete mid July. After repeated calls where they stated the deposit was marked for refund I still haven't gotten my 1000$ back. They said twice they'd call back once they found out why its not being returned and never did. The man they sent to inspect the job was very knowledgeable and friendly. Both the admin people I talked to were very polite. I just don't know why they even asked for a deposit before the job was approved in the first place.
Mr. Forrest helped us install a child safety gate, and we had a wonderful experience. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We would highly recommend Mr. Handyman and will definitely be reaching out to Mr. Forrest through them again for future projects!
