Our company used Mr. Handyman of Cinco Ranch for the first time at for our Katy location. We had a plumbing issue in our lobby restroom. The Technician came out, evaluated and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The Technician was professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the issue and took me step by step how he repaired it. It was a great experience for a first-time repair from Mr. Handyman! Thank you!
I'd advise going elsewhere. Was told I wouldn't get a service charge because someone was in the area and upon service would be told if changes. Person was at my house less than ten minutes and used WD40 only and charged $75 for something I could do myself. The fee and charge wasn't disclosed until afterwards.
Kendal was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend him to other people.
Great service and workmanship throughout the entire process. Made great suggestions to improve appearance of my outdoor accent lights. Would definitely recommend My Handyman to friends and family.
