My technician was very polite and honest. He worked methodically and wasted no time finishing his work and doing an excellent job.
Sharing this as a warning to be very cautious when using this company. In a nutshell, they drag their feet through the work to make as much money in you as they can. Additionally, they executed the work very poorly (e.g., crooked wall hanging, shelf hardware coming out of the wall), and tried to scam me into paying them more to come fix it. Last March, I decided to take it easy for the first time ever and hire a handyman to do a few tasks.
