I hired Mr ********************** to complete a total remodel on a 380 sq ft studio apartment. The quoted 40K with a 30 day timeframe, 50 % down. The original project manger in their office said all the right things but then did nothing. I had to personally mange the project long distance from ** by phone with each worker. I m not sure how they are a A+ when they are trying scam their customers. I had Mr. ********************** come out to give us an Estimate for painting and replacing a full small bathroom and a 1/2 bath (no upgrades, just the same footprint) , not a master bath, nothing fancy, just tub toilet, faucet and vanity, not removing walls or major construction. The house is less than 1800sqft and they arent painting the full bathrooms or 3 bedrooms. The Quote we got back is sickening 35k that is right 35k with over 25k just in labor... read more

I hired Mr ********************** because the person who answered the phone told me they charge $75 dollars an hour. They showed up and completed the job that consisted about 4 hours of worth of work and paid the agreed upon price and tipped the man $60 on top of that. Two weeks later I asked them to do another project and they quoted me about $1000 for a 2-3 hour job and then denied ever saying that they charge $75 an hour even though we just completed a job for that. This is their ****** FL LOCATION.
