We used one of your handiman guys called hcarrs llc out of naples. This was a nighmare. landscaping was the worse out of all the projects done by the same guys. They had photos of all landscape work to be done not even close. was a mess. they are now sueing me and overcharging for workmanship that i had to hire another contractor to do over. Terrible experience. I just needed a sink water pressure improved, as it had recently been reduced drasticly. I had to pay $65.00 for them to come out and assess, and was quoted $854.00 to suck out the pipes. They never bothered to suggest, or even check the simple little screwed on piece at the end of the facet. Easy fix. I unscrewed

The technician Michael did an excellent work to fix my solar gate. He explained to me clearly and politely about the problem and what needs to be done. Michael is knowledgeable and skillful to get the gate fixed. Thank God to have such a great handyman in my area. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of Midwest Collin County!

Worst Handyman franchise. If I could give this company negative 100 stars I would. I've attached the invoice for reference so you understand how much they ripped off my neighbor. They charged my neighbor $200/hr. All the things this "ripoff man" or should I say "I love to ripoff women" did, does not equal $1700. The handyman said he was there for seven hours. This is my first bad review of any business I’ve used. First charging 301.00 for 15 minute job is ridiculous but to do it incorrectly is unacceptable . The office women were seemly nice but to be called a month after I gave them a check and told rudely it was a NSF when it clearly was not was unprofessional and tacky. I used Mr. Handy man several months ago to install a storm door on my home. When I scheduled the appointment, I was given a quote of $375.00. When the technician arrived, he was alone. I told him I thought he would need help since the door weighed 139 lbs. He frowned and said, "yeah probably". But he did not call for any help. So I helped him. He had no clue what he was doing. Way over priced for work I needed. A simple threshold repair/replace leading to deck. They wanted to charge $2000.00, for two technicians. I went to Angi, formerly Angie's list, and they quoted me $276.00 for same job, and they sent one guy, and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them for not only competitive pricing, but great work.

I had Mr. Handyman come and do quite a bit of touch up work on my new house. The builder had hired them for the work. Robert was the Mr. Handyman representative to come. Robert was very professional and made me feel at ease with his presence in my home. He worked fast and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Robert and Mr. Handyman for any type work to be done.
