They fixed a door that kept getting stuck. He showed up on time and was quick and pleasant and confident.
First off I have never used this company but i do know they somehow hide bad reviews. Hopefully this one is shown because it could save a family members life. I would like to bring to light a situation with GIORGIO. He came to my apartment to fix some sliding doors. He then offered to do my tv wall mount also, so I allowed him as he said he knew what he was doing.. few months later my tv mount ripped from the wall smashed on the ground broke my floor, tv, beloved belongings and almost killed my animals. This company claims to be repairing blinds. I made long conversations in chat with them yesterday, and was expecting their call to take over the repair works. Today morning they called and said, "sorry we don't do these kinds of blind repairs". I seriously didn't understand what does that mean! They should have a list of kinds of repairs and kinds of blinds they will repair. I took partial off day for this one, and something else. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Our strata has hired Mr. Handyman for two repairs, one to wooden siding and the other to repair rotting window frames. Neither was a major job but the service was prompt, professional and reasonable. We'll keep Mr. Handyman's contact information, er, handy. for future work.
