I proceeded with this company due to their overall ratings score and personal experiences with the contractors. I decided to hire them for my lack of time and for the convenience to sand and seal a 10x12 wood shed. The contractor Mark was very pleasant, but the work provided was not what I expected and subpar. As per the after photo, the right side of the shed was belt sanded, which I requested for the paint spots that were there, however the left side was hardly sanded, splotchy and the corners ignored.
