Unhappy with the timeliness and scope of service. Requested an online quote in the summer 2017 (around July) for soffit repair and external window shutter reinstall. Made 3 separate appointments with 3 different employees who all seemed unaware of the repair and the reason why the appointments needed to be rescheduled (due to the lack of appropriate equipment required).
