After 13 hours and a complete assembly and disassembly of my deck repair it's still not finished. although the tech wanted 2k for work done. He then admitted that it wasnt properly repaired which started the 4 hour removal of all hardware while he smashed with his hammer and a crow bar trying to level everything. I haven't paid a nickel and wont unless it's done properly. I'm told the office will contact me to discuss his return to complete the job.
