We arranged to meet and start work early and when I called him 30 minutes later, it sound like he was just getting out of bed. He also started telling me about person issues and that should have been my RED FLAG. This Brandon Wells is a scam, He asked me to cashapp him money for his truck. He took money for "Gas" to get to the property and never showed up. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I hope he really bought gas. I blame myself for trusting a complete stranger.
