Went here today for a car wash; first and last time. They did a horrible job, and had an attitude when I pointed out the areas that weren’t touched. The rear bumper still had mud when they pulled the truck around. The interior had a sloppy vacuum; cup holders weren’t wiped out. It was definitely not what I expected for a $70 wash.
3 star because they did a decent enough job, but don’t expect a rain guarantee after dropping $150 on a wax job. Even if it literally starts raining within an hour of leaving. Oh well, lesson learned and probably my fault for not asking.
I have to admit I’m pretty disappointed. I’ve been coming here since they opened and at one time they really did hand wash vehicles. I looked out to see them using a brush on my truck I just spent $1,200 having paint corrected and ceramic coated. Then I noticed my underseat storage container was sticking out. It looks like they broke it after trying to get my floor mats out and didn’t say anything. The bracket was bent upwards, someone pulled on this thing pretty hard.
