I hired this company to do two jobs. At first, reasonable rates, reasonable quality work. Speedy response! I was pleased! Third job estimate was too high. Tenant calls to say work is being completed without approval! Tenants were super angry about not being notified. Super angry owner (me) who got charged a "discount rate" due to miscommunication. You can't charge for work that was not approved. It's not ok. Moving on to a different company.
