Contacted the company to see if I could get repairs when I noticed multiple issues on my home. Their voicemail directs you to text; you cannot talk to a person live at this company. It was going to be a significant delay to get a quote so I asked if I could send pictures which was fine. I immediately got a very reasonable quote back with a time frame of two weeks.
