[2025] Editing review as I used Mr Guru again in 2025 for an end of lease clean of apartment before handing over to a tenant. Once again - very efficient coordination and excellent delivery of service. I am engaging Mr Guru again for my next clean. Thank you. [2021] Very responsive to initial coordination of booking for an end of lease clean. On time on the day and cleaning was to a very high standard and completed in a timely manner. Friendly and personable staff. Would recommend.
Did the end of lease clean of our new tenancy and invoiced the owners $900. Invoice stated that carpets had been cleaned. Upon first inspection, we could see the carpets still had dog hair and furniture marks, which does not happen when cleaned properly. Agent told them ti come back and do it properly and they have left us hanging for 3 times in 2 days. Also. Walls were still dirty, stove top was dirty. Fantastic experience with Mr Guru for end of lease clean. Original cleaner from Mr Guru was sick on day of service (8am start). They notified me at 6:50am and managed to arrange a replacement cleaner who arrived at 8:25am (Everyone deserves the right to rest up if sick!). I thought this was very impressive for a last minute replacement so early in the morning. The quality and thoroughness of the clean was exceptional. They absolutely exceeded my expectations.
