Organise cleaning with Mr Guru after the last company stopped responding. They were very responsive and did a amazing job. There was confusion at the start on my part but they were able to adapt and complete the job.

Cleaned bathroom pretty well as they said they would. Asked to clean balcony but didn't clean a big stain which we later cleaned. Left a bleach stain in bathroom which we cleaned. Kitchen wasn't bad but left a lot of swirling marks which wasn't presentable which we had to clean again. They told us they'd call when they finished which they never did, which left me waiting and wondering a long time until I visited and they were gone. Had no idea how long they spent there. They were also 30+ minutes late.
