The craftsmanship is always good and high quality but they’re expensive and usually somewhat rude in the store whenever I stop by. I’ve spent a lot of money here in the past few years and been a loyal customer so it’s disappointing to be treated that way. There are other places locally that charge a little less and are a little more polite. If you’re going to spend your hard earned money somewhere, it’s not too much to ask for a little courtesy and respect.
