Was charged for a digitization fee for two images, and asked for something to just be glued or attached with epoxy - the final product didn't include what was paid for, nor was a discount given due to being unable to fulfill a request. A simple call explaining the situation so I could have clarified would have been better than being told "safety" concerns when it was explicitly stated that the images could have been resized as needed to make them work.
