Pleasant, fast got my whole front end of my truck that goes off road regularly rebuilt last year, and it's been great since.
Impeccable customer service. They took me in without hesitation and repaired the under guard on my Son's vehicle. The road conditions these past days have been horrible and I was a little freaked out but they made me feel welcomed and understood the seriousness of my situation. God Bless Mr G and his staff.
So thankful for Guillermo and his shop! I had an issue with my engine, no idea what it was or what to do, and they were able to get me in the same day. Turns it out it was mice who had chewed on my engine wires (oh the joys of living near fields and mountains) and they were able to get the engine cleaned, the wires fixed, and everything settled up the same day! So thankful I found them when I needed them in such a rush, and very reasonably priced service!
Hung up on me twice when I was just trying to get info…
Horrible customer service. If you're truly desperate then go waste your money here. Just called them and a man named Guillermo pick up the phone, we asked if this was G'a Auto Service and then he hung up.
