Mr. Grab Bar is great! Richard came out the next day & installed a wonderful grab bar in just the right place. It is perfect & don't know how I managed without it! Excellent service.

Rich is very responsive and came the same day I inquired about installation of grab bars for 2 baths as he already had another appointment nearby. He has quality grab bars and installs them securely. His “chrome” bars are more like a shiny stainless steel and don’t match chrome fixtures, if that’s a priority for others. The only significant downside is his exorbitant labor cost. We had Mark come over and install a grab bars this week. We had a minor glitch after installation but Mark came back and helped out with it. We were pleased with our product and service.
