Rich is very responsive and came the same day I inquired about installation of grab bars for 2 baths as he already had another appointment nearby. He has quality grab bars and installs them securely. His “chrome” bars are more like a shiny stainless steel and don’t match chrome fixtures, if that’s a priority for others. The only significant downside is his exorbitant labor cost. Grab bars were needed due to surgery of torn Achilles tendon. Called. He was there next morning, installed, and cleaned up in less than an hour. Very impressive service.
