Update- Since this review was responded to and they said to reach out to take care of this issue they have done absolutely nothing. Responded to an email about being sorry how long it took to respond, over a week, their reply was that the general manager would reach out. It’s been another week and still nothing from the manager. Went through today and both drivers side valve stems were ripped off of the tires. The guy in charge didn’t really seem to care too much. Said he would take pics and send to the general manager. Meanwhile I’m stuck at the car wash with 2 flat tires, never an issue at any other car wash, 1st time here and major problem
Honestly crappy. Needs upgrades big time
I signed up for their monthly subscription and went there several times to find that they were closed
