Poor place to get a wash
Sadly I didn’t get to go through yesterday because Goofys is no longer Goofys as it was just purchased by new owners. (although nothing indicates new owners all the same signage etc) when I pulled up I was told my $10 “Good” pass that I purchased with a book a few months back would not be honored. Please do something about this and let people know before they pull up and put your new staff in difficult situations .
There really needs to be a ZERO STAR OPTION on these reviews (c'mon Google ! ), because that is PRECISELY what Mr. Goofy's rates in my opinion. A couple years ago, I bought three of their coupon books (15 BEST washes total) for $132. All was fine until last summer, when I was told that they could not take "big trucks" due to an equipment problem in the car wash. (my truck is a 4 wheel drive Dodge Ram).
