To add to my review. This summer, 2025, after the FULL service program, we have creeping Charlie and broadleaf a# well as no fall weed control unless they confused seasons. I’m the past, 2024 and prior, yes they were AMAZING. Ours lawn was beautiful but not this year. The receptionist in the past was also wonderful but not so this year.
FALL weed contril on Aug 8? What?? No tgat was mid summer. We have more weeds now esp broadleaf and we a have a tiny lawn. They used to be good. They claim we had 4 weed control. I don't believe so. The former owners son said they'd be back in the fall. Nope..That was Aug 8 . They are done for the season.
Tried to get them to do a fall program on our property but they say they are too busy…shocking that you would refuse a potential new client. Several neighbours use them and suggested we try them. Guess it’s too much work to add one more lawn on the same block. We will look elsewhere in the spring.
Not a bad lawn care service, but they act and operate like the customer has no say in how the lawn is cared for. Their website claims that as part of the DELUXE Package, if extra weed control (btw your website should fix weed control, it's not weeds controls) or fertilizer is needed that they would apply that at no extra cost. So I call them on Aug 11 to request the extra service and I'm told that they will not honor it because FALL SERVICES and treatments have begun. Am I crazy? Is Aug 11 Fall?
