Fantastic people and wonderful quality and customer service. Graham, Kathy and everyone at Mr Gloss are so friendly, professional and reliable and made the whole process of repairing my damaged Mercedes as smooth and seamless as it could possibly be. Communication at every stage was really thorough and transparent and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Great experience from start to finish
We had a body repair job through our insurance at Mr. Gloss, and we were very pleased with their workmanship and customer service. They even went an extra length cleaning the exterior and interior of our car. I would recommend Mr. Gloss for BMW body repairs.
