Amazing company made my new glass window replacement a breeze. Office staff was amazing to deal with and had a new window for my suv in 2 days. Highly recommend using this company for any glass replacements or tint.
Very attentive and quick to respond. A bird flew into my windshield and completely destroyed it. Within three hours, this company was already on it. New replacement windshield looks great! Service was thorough, and I’m very happy that they were able to work with me in such a short amount of time.
I requested a quote and the email response I received was unbelievably blunt and made no attempt to earn my business or encourage me to actually schedule the service. It was borderline rude, almost as if they wanted me to go elsewhere (maybe they hate cash pay customers?). Zero customer service skills at the first interaction isn't a good look, so I will indeed take my money elsewhere.
I will never come back to this place again!!! I have been having trouble ever since I've gotten my windshield replaced, they've even hung up on my insurance company!!
