Unreliable! Chris came to my house in June for an estimate to replace 2 double-pane windows. I asked him to order them on Tuesday, June 18th and was told they would be in by Friday and he'd call when they arrived to schedule time to install. When I didn't hear back, I called the following week and was told they'd be in that Friday and again, they'd call me. Again, nothing.
